What To Expect

Hey fam,

SURREAL. That’s how I would describe last year’s retreat.  I had a vision of what I wanted the retreat to look and feel like, and it surpassed my wildest expectations. Our guests enjoyed two full days of learning from the brightest minds, wine tasting in an underground cave/vineyards overlooking the valley and dancing at the Culinary Institute of America (which may have broken a few rules! Sorry not sorry! lol). The food, the wine, the fireside chats - it wasn’t one thing alone that made our retreat an unforgettable experience.

This year, we’re going bigger.

A week in wine country - to explore, enjoy, wind down, relax, and get to know each other.

The theme this year is WELLNESS. We kill it in our offices all year long.  And many of us feel stressed, if not burned out. If you’re looking for CE to drop overhead, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for something more - a pause, reset and recharge - then join us for an unforgettable experience in wine country.

Private Dinner Party on the Rooftop

We have reserved this portion of the rooftop for a private dinner catered by the amazing Archer Hotel’s Chef’s Show Kitchen. There will be incredible food and drinks to enjoy. With breathtaking views and cozy firepits, this will be the perfect backdrop to wine, dine, and connect with others.

CIA at Copia Atrium Dinner

The CIA, Culinary Institute of America, has trained some of the world’s top chefs. We will be hosting a private dinner located in the Atrium of the CIA in Downtown Napa. The CIA is within walking distance of the hotel. We’ll spend time enjoying the finest foods paired with the finest wines.
