42:15 Closing
Ashley talked a lot about following your gut, and not doubting yourself. She says to just do it, especially if it's something you've been thinking about doing for a while.
She says that she's the happiest she's ever been in her life and that you should open a practice too if you want.
If you want to build a practice that you know you're going to fall in love with, and know that you're gonna be completely proud of, do it.
Ashley mentions that it was six months ago that she sat in her car and announced on a Facebook video to the world about her dream.
She says she was terrified of opening something without knowing if patients are going to come, without seeing that you're being supported, and without seeing what kind of response we had from the community.
But now she's happier than ever and wishes she would have known that it was all going to be just fine six months ago. If I had known six months ago where I would be now, laughing and celebrating and seeing a full schedule and seeing a packed house for the open house, I would say Why are you so scared? Why didn't you do this sooner?'
Ashley says that if you have a business idea that you're in love with, you should jump all in. Even if you have doubts about finances, you should go out today and apply to see if you qualify for a loan.
She comments, Follow your gut. If you know that you keep people well and you're providing an experience they can't necessarily get anywhere else, jump all in. Do it, and you'll have no regrets.
While some people have financial concerns or tight budgets in business, Ashley says that getting a loan will help you to open an excellent practice.
Local Med has been Ashley's favorite resource this week. She says it's been helpful to have the online booking service because she doesn't have to be present, answering the phones.
